SOLID WOODEN PANEL DOORS

Made from 100% kiln-dried solid or laminated lumber. Produced with color-matching selection of wood species to achieve one-tone finish. Skillfully manufactured on as-per-order basis only.

PATECO’s Solid Wooden Panel Doors are made from selected/graded lumbers mostly Tanguile or Lauan species which have been kiln dried to the desired moisture content. From our K.D. chambers, these lumbers achieve 12% Moisture Content (MC) or less but during storage and/or processing, it may change depending on the relative humidity of the environment.

PATECO’s Solid Wooden Panel Doors are typically more dense, pre-sanded, and in precise cut according to client’s specifications.

*We also accept custom-made sizes and designs.

      • Hi Sir Jacob, for the S4S wood we do not recommend this to be used as chopping board material due to its hygroscopic property (absorbs water) which will sooner or later break. It is recommended to use a solid wood (solid in full dimension). Thank you and have a good day.
